Nikki Hart-Brinkley has provided GIS services for public and private entities in Oregon for the past decade. Much of her work focuses on the intersection of GIS in land use planning, having contributed to multiple urban growth boundary amendments and other long-range planning projects. Her professional activities often include the application of GIS technology in natural resource analysis, public works infrastructure, public safety and disaster response, demographics, and human health. Nikki focuses on building long term, collaborative relationships with all her clients and provides project management on projects with complex technical elements.
Matthew Brinkley
Urban Planning
Matt began his career in land use planning and development after receiving a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University. For most of his career, he has served cities in Michigan and Oregon. Although he is a multidisciplarian with broad experience in city planning and development entitlements, he has unique experience with urban growth boundary amendments having worked on four in his public and private practice. He is passionate about making great places for all Oregonians to live, especially diverse, active neighborhoods, and has focused much of his energy over the past 8 years on strategies to accelerate housing development in Medford, Oregon.
